9pm

Ray Whisker - Drums, Al Cork - Guitar, Robin Falcon - Vox, John Tracey - Bass, Richard Money - Keys.

"One off gig, as a final farewell from this incarnation of the Crossfire. We have managed to drag Ray out of music retirement in Surrey, so it is the full original line-up. Really looking forward to this gig, and fitting that it's in Faversham, where we started out."

The Crossfire came into existence between lunch and around half past 3 on a Tuesday and draws from musicians who have played with many other bands previously, including Texas, Deep South, Nik Kershaw, Skintight Jackson, Jam Sandwich,The Chillbillies, The Rodneys, Born 2 Be & PPB ….. to name a few.

All hard core ex- Pro musicians, born & raised in a vat of Jack Daniels, with a slightly smoky flavour, the band play a powerful blend of rock, acoustic rock & blues influences, with the occasional bit of funk thrown in. Though mainly a covers band, The Crossfire also have some strong original material. CD release planned for later in 2014. Artists covered currently include Talking Heads, Elbow, Stereophonics, Blur, Stones, Beatles, Daft Punk, Foo Fighters, Muse, Radiohead, The Killers, Snow Patrol, Weller, ThePretenders, Starsailor, Bowie, U2 and The Who.
